Welcome to Anam Cara Energy Arts! Anam Cara is Gaelic for Soul Friend which is exactly what an Energy EmergingTM practitioner is. I am Kelley Sheppard the owner and Energy EmergingTM practitioner.

Hello! I am Kelley Sheppard an Energy Emerging Healing ModalityTM practicioner. I am also a Reiki Master, Ordained Minister, Dental Hygienist and Creative Writer.

 This modality, taught by April Lugo PhD, helped transition me into who I am today. It wasn't an easy road but today I am well on my way to being the Kelley I was born to be. This modality addresses the whole person - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

 I know there are dozens of unique and loving modalities out there and it can be hard to choose. I encourage you to research, ask questions of the practitioner you are interested in. I do feel it is important to have a good connection with your energy healer so email me any questions you may have in order to get to know me. Or perhaps we can have coffee together. Often I will offer the first session free or have an "Open House" where we can meet. I also accept bartering or fair exchange on a case by case basis. If I am not a fit for you, I send you blessings and may you find a healer who is!
